Cost of Care

IF YOUR PET IS HOSPITALIZED

Please know that he or she is receiving lots of love and compassion from our entire staff.  Our technicians and doctors are closely monitoring all in-house patients.

You are always welcome to call for an update on your pet. Your attending doctor will coordinate appropriate times to call if you wish to speak with the doctor.  If you call during other times, please understand the medical staff may be busy with other patients and you may have to leave a message on their voice mail.  Calls will be returned at the earliest opportunity.

Please make use of our visiting hours or speak directly to your pet’s attending doctor in regards to a scheduled time to visit.  Visiting hours are listed on this website as well.

MMV is committed to providing you and your pet with quality care.  Our technicians and doctors are on 24-hours a day to ensure that your pet is receiving the best care possible.  The expenses related to specialized medical care are significantly higher than the typical general practice.  We understand and try to provide you with an accurate estimate of the cost of care for your pet.  All estimates are required to be signed by the client.  If you have any concerns in regards to the cost of your pet's treatment, please speak to your attending doctor directly.

Payment is due at the time services are rendered.  A deposit will be required if your pet is hospitalized. We do accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, or Discover.  We also offer Wells Fargo Financial and Care Credit as financing options.
