Outpatient Ultrasound Services

Mission MedVet is offering outpatient ultrasound services through our internal medicine department.  Outpatient ultrasounds will be provided M-F during regular business hours.  Clients will be given appointment times, or instructed to drop the patient off at a convenient time the day of the ultrasound.  The specialist will not interact with the client, perform a physical exam, or provide a consultation.  The ultrasound will be performed, and a report will be faxed to your office.  Please provide as much pertinent medical information as possible for the patient.  The cost is $200 for a routine abdominal ultrasound.

The History of Mission MedVet

Dr. Dave Allen founded Mission MedVet in August 1993 to provide state-of-the-art veterinary emergency and board-certified specialist care to the Kansas City metropolitan area.

During the last decade, Mission MedVet has grown from a practice of an emergency doctor and Dr. Allen with 3 support staff members to 60 employees, including:

9 board-certified specialists covering areas of surgery, internal medicine, dermatology, ophthalmology, emergency care, critical care, radiology, cardiology and physical therapy.
